Proposal Management

JCS can be an important resource for strategizing the best proposal approach, reviewing draft and final proposals, and reviewing and negotiating the contract.  We offer clients assistance in understanding the solicitation requirements, creating proposal outlines, and compliance matrices. As facilitators with government source selection, we understand what is required for compliance and the basis for selection.

We work with our clients to ensure that the final proposal is submitted in a timely manner, the proposal is in compliance with the Requirements section (L) of the Request for Proposal (RFP), and all required instructions in section (M) are followed. We can also participate in color team reviews. In the unlikely event that your organization is not awarded a contract, we can assist in preparing questions prior to the scheduled debrief, and assist with compiling lessons learned.

• Assistance with editing of the proposal content and reviews prior to submission

• Crosswalk of proposal submission with the RFP requirements instructions to ensure compliance

• Preparation of the proposal outline and proposal compliance matrix
