Who we are

Jackson Contracts Solutions (JCS), LLC, is a woman owned small business (WOSB) with over 20 years’ experience in the government contracting space. We provide acquisition support to include pre and post award to the federal government and proposal and contract management support to government contractors large and small.

In our support to federal agencies with acquisition planning, we understand that acquisition support is not transactional and no two acquisitions are alike. We use critical thinking to ensure the right questions are asked of the customer in the beginning. This approach aids in targeting market research techniques which support a favorable acquisition strategy. Our expertise includes acquisition (pre award and contract award), contract administration and contract closeout.

As former Proposal and Contracts Managers for small and large government contractors, we have the experience to provide education to our small business clients. We also have the expertise to negotiate favorable terms and conditions in agreements that protect our clients and address business needs. Lastly, because we facilitate government source selections we know what the government is seeking in proposal submissions and successful contract management.
